DEFINITION AND CONDUCT OF TRAINING PROGRAMS
Training programs are conceived to the attention of the personnel in charge of procurement management and the government officials acting as contracting authorities. DTI also provides training to independent auditors in procurement following a program personalized to national standards and practices.
ASSISTANCE IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT REFORM

Considering the engineering and the general contracting background of its principals, DTI provides the expertise in construction, civil and structural works, to review the project management performances in design, works execution and supervision, construction management and contract administration with emphasis on the quality of works, goods and services, and the compliance with the contracts' commitments.
